The VIDA is proud of it's progress in the Virgin Fresh Beekeeping Project! To date we have trained a total of over 100 students on all three islands in the science, business and art of beekeeping.

To protect the health of the Virgin Islands livestock and poultry populations, Virgin Islands animal health officials, farmers and animal owners must be able to quickly and effectively trace an animal disease to its source.
